Mae'r bwriad i gomisiynu sgrin/wal ddigidol yn rhan o brosiect ADREF sy'n cael ei gyllido gan Gyngor Sir Caerfyrddin a Chronfa Datblygu Rhanbarthol Ewrop. Ceisia'r prosiect feithrin a chryfhau'r cysylltiadau rhwng y datblygiadau newydd cyffrous yng nghanol tref Llanelli a'r adfywio cynaliadwy ehangach sydd yn digwydd yn Llanelli a'r cymunedau cyfagos. Bwriad ADREF yw creu amgylchedd a fydd yn annog mewnfuddsoddi a thwf economaidd ac yn darparu swyddi o ansawdd yn yr economi leol.

Nod Cyngor Sir Caerfyrddin yw llunio a gweithredu rhaglen Celf Gyhoeddus ar gyfer adfywio canol tref Llanelli, gyda golwg ar gomisiynu cyfres o ddarnau celf gyhoeddus sy'n arloesol ac o safon uchel ac a fydd o arwyddocâd cenedlaethol a rhyngwladol.

Mae'r comisiwn hwn yn gyfle prin i artistiaid, gwneuthurwyr ffilmiau, a dylunwyr newydd ym maes y cyfryngau arddangos eu gwaith mewn lleoliad cyhoeddus parhaol mewn amgylchedd celfyddydol nodedig. Oherwydd y caiff ei weld mewn cyd-destun ehangach, dylai'r comisiwn fod yn enghraifft eithriadol o waith celf gyhoeddus y dyfodol sy'n cynnwys cyfryngau digidol parhaol cyhoeddus.

Mae hwn yn gyfle gwych i fod yn arloesol drwy gomisiynu sgrin/wal ddigidol barhaol ac i'r artist(iaid) greu cynnwys ar gyfer y sgrin/wal sy'n benodol ar gyfer y safle. Gallai'r cynnwys a ddangosir fod ar ffurf delweddau symudol, ffotograffiaeth, ffilmiau byrion, a chyfryngau digidol. Bydd y comisiwn yn para am 5 mis a bydd yn rhaid gosod y sgrin/wal erbyn canol Ionawr 2014 o fewn cyllideb sydd â mwyafswm o £40,000.

Suppliers Instructions How to express interest in this Tender

1. Register your company on the etenderwales portal (this is only required once)

- Browse to the eSourcing Portal: www.etenderwales.bravosolution.co.uk

- Click the "Suppliers register here" link

2. Express an Interest in the Project

- Login to the portal with the username/password

- Click the "PQQs Open to All Suppliers" link. (These are Pre-Qualification Questionnaire Documents open to any registered supplier)

- Click on the relevant PQQ to access the content.

- Click the "Express Interest" button at the top of the screen

- This will move the PQQ into your "My PQQs" page. (This is a secure area reserved for your projects only)

- Click on the PQQ code, you can now access any attachments by clicking the 'Buyer Attachments" on the left hand side of the screen

3. Responding to the tender

- At the top of the screen you can choose to 'Create Response' or 'Decline to Respond' (please give a reason if declining )

- You can now use the 'Messages' function on to communicate with the buyer and seek any clarification

- Note the deadline for completion, then follow the onscreen instructions to complete the PQQ

- There may be a mixture of online & offline actions for you to perform (there is detailed online help available)
