Project Marshall contracts for the design, procurement and installation of military Air Traffic Management (ATM) capability and the provision of certain services in support thereof with a Prime Contractor (Aquila). The delivery of ATM services interfaces with existing site infrastructure and site services providers. The Prime Contractor will require guidance and support in the roll out of its site by site solution with respect to Infrastructure.
Town Planning qualifications and experience in connection with the MOD Estate is required to provide advice and expertise to the Delivery Team and its Prime Contractor in connection with future modifications and installations.
