Focussed primarily on health, Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Trust, on behalf of NHS Commercial Solutions, as the Contracting Authority is putting in place a collaborative framework agreement for use by UK public sector bodies identified at VI.3 (and any future successors to these organisations), is seeking to procure a framework agreement for the provision of social marketing services to develop activities aimed at changing or
maintaining people's behaviour for the benefit of different population groups in different geographical areas.
The service will, as directed by the Procuring Authorities, plan, scope, develop, implement, monitor and evaluate a social marketing service to gain a greater insight into individual and group behaviour and design and implement effective information campaigns and service interventions for specific target groups.
