Supported accommodation and support for vulnerable people with multiple complex needs let under Regulation 74 to 77 of the Public Contract Regulations 2015 (Light Touch Regime).
The service will offer supported accommodation in small properties throughout the Borough.
Clients may be homeless, leaving prison, require move on from the Homeless Hostels or other supported accommodation, have multiple complex needs which will include substance misuse and mental health issues.
The contract is for 24 months with the option to extend for a further two (2) one (1) year periods at the sole discretion of the Council.

VII.2.1) Disgrifiad o’r addasiadau
The current outbreak of Covid-19 is unprecedented and is having a significant impact on the delivery of commissioned services and the plans for the recommissioning services in compliance with PCR 2015. To allow the Council to provide a continuation of services for the duration of the Covid-19 pandemic immediately and in the recovery phase activities the contract in accordance with regulation 72 (1)(c) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 Regulations the contract with to Riverside Group Ltd has been extended for a further 12 months, which will allow the planned commissioning work to continue during the period.

The current outbreak of Covid-19 is unprecedented and is having a significant impact on the delivery of commissioned services and the plans for the recommissioning services in compliance with PCR 2015. As the Council now finds itself responding to Covid-19 and to prevent service disruption to vulnerable service user in accordance with regulation 72 (1)(c) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 to Riverside Group Ltd for up to 12 months to allow the Council to provide a continuation of services for the duration of the Covid-19 pandemic immediately and in the recovery phase activities and to enable planned commissioning work to take place.
