HIE requires a suitably qualified and experienced supplier to provide Property Managing Agent services for both its commercial and HIE occupied portfolio.
This Framework will be awarded by Highlands and Islands Enterprise (HIE) on behalf of both themselves and Inverness Campus Owners Association (ICOA). It will also be available for call-off by any current or future HIE subsidiary organisation, associated with a company, joint venture or similar, subject to a case-by-case prior approval by HIE.

Services will include Financial Management; Management of Works; Sales, Letting and Acquisitions; Property Inspections; Tenant & Landlord Management; Ad hoc advice.
The commercial property portfolio currently comprises circa 116 industrial and office premises, 80 development plots, 8 strategic development sites, 21 plots let to businesses on long-term leases and 9 miscellaneous properties (including The Centre for Health Science, Cairngorm Mountain and Orbost Estate). Total floor space is some 73.445 sqm and total land available for development (serviced and unserviced, excluding Cairngorm and Orbost is c141 ha.
The estimated total value of these services over 3 years is between GBP780 000 and GBP850 000 excluding VAT.
