Radius Homes Ltd have complied with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and incorporated a standstill period (i.e. a minimum of 10 calendar days) and communicated information on the appointment to the framework panel to all tenderers.
That communication provided full information on the award decision and provided time for the unsuccessful tenderers to challenge the award decision before the contract was entered into. No challenges to the award decision were made and the award decision was confirmed to all tenderers.
