Crynodeb
The works are to be undertaken within the ILS1 building within the Swansea University Singleton Campus. The works consist of removal of the existing faulty luminaires and the supply, installation and commissioning of suitable replacement fittings to the laboratory and offices.
The proposed works will be undertaken within a live working environment and ongoing consultation with the client, stakeholders and building users will be critical to scheme success.
All works will need to meet all statutory compliance requirements
Works to be undertaken by the main contractor will be, but not limited to installation of new luminaires and control equipment, making good, and the installation of floor controller.
