The Works
The nature of the project is: Repairs & Alterations at Bethlehem Congregational Chapel, a Grade II Listed Building.
• Relocation of the existing pews, repairs and alterations to re-site within chapel.
• Repair/replacement of the existing timber flooring in the chapel.
• Repairs of existing sub-floor supporting members - timber, brick or otherwise.
• Repairs of other timber panelling/components at the direction of the CA.
• Sterilisation of all underfloor areas against dry/wet rots.
• Construction of additional sub-floor ventilation.
• Timber treatment.
• Ceiling repairs/replacement.
• New boiler installation and pipe work to new radiators (Contractors Design Element).
• Form new disabled toilet complete.
• New internal entrance doors to lobby.
• Replace internal render/plaster to walls with NHL plaster system.
• Replacement windows.
• Mechanical and electrical installations (Contractors Design Element).
• Joinery Repairs.
• Internal and External Decoration.
• New roof covering and rainwater goods.
• Drainage repairs.
• Annexe - structural repairs to walls.
• External render removal and replacement with NHL render system.
