Esboniad
Ripple Foundation CIC are the only organisation that can provide the leadership, strategic insight and direction and coordinate all the activity required at this time. They are also the only organisation who can further develop the market place around the Ripple platform and undertake the further development of the Person Held Record over the next 6 months. The three primary open source technologies proposed for the development of the Person Held Record building on the open Ripple platform are leading edge technologies (PulseTile, Qewd, EtherCIS) and therefore the marketplace able to provide the leadership, knowledge, experience and skills to progress this initiative is very limited at this point in time.
