II.2.4) Disgrifiad o’r caffaeliad
Thames Valley Police (TVP) and Hampshire Constabulary (HC) are interested in suppliers that can provide a range of Digital Forensic Triage Software Tools, those that can be used by multi-disciplined front line teams for evidential collection and analysis, and those that can be used for analysis and evidential prioritisation of digital devices, complementing an already existing suite of triage technologies.
Multi–disciplined teams in this project are frontline digital technicians and offender management roles. Whilst it is envisaged that a procurement for tools will follow for the digital technicians, the offender management tools is purely discovery work at this time.
The Authority is interested in commercial off the shelf (COTS) technologies, covering both pre-configured and customisable solutions that collect and analyse digital evidence from different operating systems and across extensive file types, with comprehensive output reporting options. Solutions must work with the CAID dataset and should support relevant accreditation standards ISO 17020 and ISO 17025 where applicable.
