The project will involve engaging with all stakeholders and co-designing a complete programme with them to meet their identified needs in relation to care navigation and medical assistant’s training. The co-developed model will also ensure that the training is embedded in practice and evaluated effectively to inform future investment. The project will need to include a number of different elements that Federated 4 Health are uniquely placed to co-ordinate. They will need to engage numerous stakeholders. This will involve input from practice managers as well as local PPGs (Patient Participation Groups). The project will require access to patient lists as well as alignment between the different components of the programme which are difficult to specify in advance of the co-design process.

The total estimated value for this procurement is 53 000 GBP which is below the current OJEU threshold so this procurement falls outside of the scope of application of the directive. The project will need to include a number of different elements that Federated 4 Health are uniquely placed to co-ordinate. They will need to engage numerous stakeholders including all Haringey practices for whom this funding is primarily intended. This will involve input from practice managers as well as local PPGs (Patient Participation Groups). The project will require access to patient lists as well as alignment between the different components of the programme which are difficult to specify in advance of the co-design process. The provider will manage the whole project including hiring of venues, procurement of appropriate training and carrying out evaluation.
