Crynodeb
Sport Wales is producing a new strategic plan following the launch of a new vision for sport in Wales in July 2018.
The new strategy will be long-term and take cognisance of the legislative framework, in particular the Wellbeing of Future Generations (Wales) Act.
We are seeking to procure specialist change management services to work with the CEO and senior management to lead the implementation of change, as required by the new strategic plan, across Sport Wales, involving projects of significant change and key business process improvements.

Overall Cost Detailing Expenses - Deadline 06/03/19
We are due to start scoring tenders and have noticed a variation in approach of the costing. In order to mark the costs on a consistent basis, please can you provide the breakdown of overall costs, detailing the amount apportioned to anticipated expenses, if this is not already indicated in the original submission.
