Crynodeb

The aim of the pilot is to deliver a small-scale executive-level peer support network for the founders/leaders of businesses with high growth potential who are located and operating in the South Wales Valleys, in order to: • Equip business leaders with improved knowledge, expertise and skills to enhance leadership capabilities; gain different perspectives; optimise decision making; overcome business challenges and improve resilience to help their businesses to innovate and grow. • Assess the merit and feasibility of establishing longer term peer to peer support for high growth businesses in the South Wales Valleys and pan Wales. • Better understand the challenges and opportunities facing high growth businesses in the South Wales Valleys to inform future policy development and service delivery.
