The framework agreement with Deloitte LLP has been novated to Teneo following the acquisition of Deloitte UK Restructuring business by Teneo. The Novation agreement is effective from 1 June 2021.

The organisation Teneo has undertaken the acquisition of Deloitte UK Restructuring business. The acquisition had not been undertaken at the time of the tender closing and the DfE could not have foreseen this acquisition.
