Business Wales provides a first class business support service to small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) in Wales on behalf of the Welsh Government, and is funded by the European Regional Development Fund. The service is delivered by Growth Partnership Wales, a partnership of Business in Focus, Antur Teifi and Serco Regional Service Ltd. Delivered by Serco Regional Services Ltd the Superfast Business Wales is a service element of Business Wales, which started in January 2016. It supports eligible businesses across Wales to understand, adopt and exploit the benefits of Superfast Broadband. The successful supplier will be required to work in partnership with the in-house SFBW marketing team to promote the Superfast Business Wales service to local businesses and partners from across Wales. All collateral needs to meet our brand guidelines (attached) and relevant to our target audience*, helping to drive people to our website and through our service. Requirement Serco Regional Services Ltd is seeking to implement and maintain a comprehensive e-mail marketing system solution that covers all aspects of email marketing, campaign creation, content customisation, email optimisation, tracking and reporting. - Intelligent wizard for data import (including automated field population)

- Flexible Touch control restrictions for recipients (including ring fencing for custom group of recipients)

- Predefined automated email sequences (such as new log in, introduction, get involved, newsletter)

- Multi stage campaigning (with or without automation)

- Action triggers and website form capture for deeper response management

- Dynamic Content included in email system (including Video, Surveys, Polls, Forms etc.)

- Customisable Workflow Process

- Ability to send text messages to recipients with audit trail

- Audit train of campaign management

Social Media automation, email posts notification to social media channels (Facebook, twitter, linked in)

- Click heat map reporting

- Email client viewport testing

Contract Award

The successful organisation will be awarded a Contract, which is expected to commence in January 2019 through to the conclusion of the Superfast Business Wales service in December 2020, subject to performance reviews and availability of funding. The indicative value for the contract is GBP 25,000 (plus VAT).

This activity is funded by the European Regional Development Fund through the Welsh Government.
