NHCC provides annual festive lights display in Penyfai, Abercynffig and Pentre Felin, with the aim of seasonally enhancing the communities’ environment to the benefit of residents, local businesses and tourists. NHCC is seeking a suitably experienced provider to tender for the installation and operation of this lighting / decoration. Any agreement will be in the form of a contract and will operate for a period of two (2) years. You are invited to tender for provision of these services. NHCC is a community council operating at a grass roots governance level of local government and is one of the community councils in Bridgend / Penybont-ar-Ogwr. NHCC’s festive light display is operational from the beginning of December to early January on an annual basis. The agreement is intended to provide for this for a duration of 2 years, commencing November 2024. This invitation requests a full in-house installation, testing, maintenance, de-rigging and storage service A site visit is also expected of any parties who wish to tender.
