This is not a call for competition, it is to notify the market that Caerphilly County Borough Council (CCBC) Children Services, Social Services has awarded a contract for the Provision of a Pre-Approval Training Service to introduce prospective foster carers to the modern face of foster care and prepare them for the challenges of fostering. The contract period for this arrangement is from the 04 April 2025 – 31 March 2027, with the option to extend for up to further period of twenty-four (24) months extended on an annual basis. The contract value is the total four (4) years including any possible extensions
