Disgrifiad:

The NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership on behalf of the Welsh Ambulance Services University NHS Trust is looking to appoint a suitable provider to reassess whether the board and its committees are optimally structured and dynamic enough to support a strategic shift which the Trust is currently going through. The Trust’s clinical model is also being transformed significantly. With that brings a heightened need for the board to ensure this is closely overseen, that quality and patient safety remains at the heart of what they do, and that the relationships being formed to facilitate this transformation are maintained and supported.
