Mini Competition from Cadw Conservation Services framework F008/2020/2021 Cadw is seeking a fixed fee proposal, via Cadw’s Lead Professional Advisor Framework, to act as Lead Consultant, to take this project from RIBA Plan of Work stage 01 to 06. The Lead Consultant will act as Principal Designer and Designer under CDM 2025 Regulations and will be expected to instruct and manage a QS and potentially a Structural Engineer. The building contract will be procured via competitive tender through the Welsh Government’s Sell2Wales portal. Lead Consultant is to provide costings for services in accordance with their previously agreed framework rates, enabling Cadw to establish an informed budget for the proposed works. The design team is expected to include: • A lead designer • Quantity surveyor (QS)
