Disgrifiad:

The purpose of the vision document is to develop the concept identified by the HB for the redevelopment of the UHW site in the first instance and will help to inform the next stage, being the production of a Development Control Plan (DCP) for the site. The vision document will, however, consider what high level of enablers would be required to facilitate the development of the proposed first phase, identifying the surveys and investigations required to inform the DCP and what potential solutions may be considered, along with the future phases. The HB Capital, Estates & Facilities Team, with the input of key individuals and leaders from within the wider HB, its partner organisations as well as the successful technical advisory team, will lead the development of the response, high level vision and development plan internally.
