Disgrifiad:

Welsh Government requires the development a comprehensive Theory of Change (ToC) to support the implementation of Part 3 of the Environment (Principles, Governance and Biodiversity Targets) (Wales) Act. This ToC and accompanying logic models will underpin the future delivery of the statutory biodiversity targets, support the development of the Regulatory Impact Assessment (RIA) accompanying those targets, and provide the foundation for a robust evaluation framework to be developed in the future.
