Response Repairs and Maintenance; Building and electrical with an option to include Central Heating
Empty Homes Repairs and Maintenance;
Office Repairs and Maintenance ;
Heating Safety Checks, Servicing and Repairs and Maintenance; An option for Elim to include
Component Replacement/ Package Repairs; to external and internal building components with an option to include Central Heating
In hours and out of hours emergency service; with an option to include Central Heating
Removal of unlicensed asbestos containing materials as standard, as and when required.
Management of contractors removing licensed asbestos containing materials as and when required.
Options; At the time of tendering, the likelihood of the introduction of heating options is unclear. As such contractors will not be required to price this aspect and it will not form part of the tender evaluation. Should the option be introduced in part or in full, it will be on the basis that Elim and the contractor reach an industry benchmarked, value for money pricing arrangement.
Options will be included entirely at Elim’s discretion and may include some or all of the options

Contractors may tender for one or both Lots.

South Wales properties are located in Neath, Newport and Rhondda Cynon Taff and form part of "Area 1" which also includes properties in Bath and North East Somerset, Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire.
Contractors may tender just for Lot 1, Area 1, may also tender for Lot 2 Area 2 Gloucestershire and may tender for both Lots.
