Disgrifiad o'r nwyddau neu'r gwasanaethau sydd eu hangen

Rhyl Town Council is seeking a provider of events and publicity services. We anticipate the work requiring two days per week. The provider does not have to physically work in Rhyl with the exception of meetings and the actual delivery of events. We have a budget for the cost of the service provider (paid for on a day rate plus any extras, as agreed) and a further separate budget (agreed annually) to fund the actual costs of agreed events. The budget for the delivery of agreed events (excluding service provider costs) for 2020/21 was £15,000. Our events are small, free to attend, and predominantly town centre based. A list of the events we have provided over the last three years can be provided on request or viewed on the town council's Facebook page. The successful provider will be appointed in January 2022 and will deliver services from 1st April 2022, including some events that will need to be held in April and May 2022. The initial appointment will be for two years, with an option to extend for a further year. An outline of our main requirements is available on request.

Our annual budget is £15,000.

Safonau gofynnol a'r cymhwyster sydd ei angen

We require the following:

1. A daily rate, including all costs of planning, meetings, delivery, travel and phone, etc.

2. A note explaining anything not included in your daily rate.

3. A document not exceeding six sides of A4 highlighting what events and publicity services you have delivered within the last three years.

4. Details of two references for events and publicity work you have undertaken within the last three years.

Responses with be reviewed by the town council. The town council is not obliged to take the lowest quote.

The successful provider will be expected to sign a letter of engagement and to hold professional indemnity insurance of £5m and public liability insurance of at least £1m.
