WOW (Way Out West) First Aid Training is a Pembrokeshire-based first aid and CPR training provider delivering high-quality, affordable, and accessible training for businesses, organisations, and communities across West Wales. The company specialises in nationally recognised first aid qualifications that support employers in meeting their Health and Safety Executive (HSE) and duty-of-care requirements.

Founded by Tracy Law, who brings over 30 years’ experience across the health and education sectors, WOW First Aid Training combines professional expertise with an inclusive, learner-centred approach. Courses are delivered in a supportive and engaging way, ensuring learners leave not only qualified, but confident to act in an emergency.

Training includes HSE-compliant First Aid at Work, Emergency First Aid at Work, and Paediatric First Aid qualifications, suitable for workplaces, childcare providers, tourism and hospitality businesses, and organisations with legal first aid responsibilities. In addition, WOW First Aid Training offers community CPR and AED awareness sessions, junior first aid training, and specialist pet first aid courses for pet owners and pet professionals.

With Wales having the lowest survival rates from out-of-hospital cardiac arrest in the UK, WOW First Aid Training is committed to increasing confidence and capability in life-saving skills. The business works closely with accommodation providers, activity operators, and hospitality teams to help meet compliance requirements while also enhancing visitor reassurance and business reputation.

Flexible delivery options are available to support seasonal staff, small businesses, and community groups, helping make first aid training achievable, relevant, and valued—not just a requirement, but a vital investment in safety and wellbeing.
