II.1.4) Disgrifiad byr
Rugby Borough Council (RBC), is inviting tenders for the supply of a comprehensive Housing Management solution, and requires the Tenderer to recommend, provide and implement software to meet the council’s objectives. The tendered solution must encompass all the necessary software and services to replace the existing 'in scope' requirements. These include but are not limited to: Housing Options, Allocations, Tenancy, Leasehold and Service Charges, Housing Benefit/UC, Voids Management and Customer Self-Service. The Housing Management Solution shall be required to interface with the Council’s existing relevant software solutions as detailed in the Tender Documents. The requirement has been divided into two Lots (of which only one shall be awarded):
Lot 1: Software Hosted by Solution Provider or Lot 2: Software Hosted by RBC. Full details of the requirement, the evaluation criteria and how to apply are provided in the Tender Pack.

The requirement has been divided into 2 Lots:

Tenderers are invited to return a submission for either one Lot or both Lots. It will be at The Council’s sole discretion to decide which Lot is to be awarded.

II.2.4) Disgrifiad o’r caffaeliad
Rugby Borough Council (RBC), is inviting tenders for the supply of a comprehensive Housing Management solution, and requires the Tenderer to recommend, provide and implement software to meet the council’s objectives. The Housing Management Solution shall also be required to interface with the Council’s existing relevant software solutions as detailed in the Tender Documents. Lot 1: provides the Economic Operator with an opportunity to fulfil the above requirements with a solution that shall be ‘Hosted’ by the Solution Provider.
Please note that there is no guarantee that this Lot shall be awarded. Selection of Lots to be awarded is at the full discretion of the Council. Full details of the requirement, the evaluation criteria and how to apply are provided in the Tender Pack.

The Authority has the option to extend for a further 5 x 1-year extensions upon satisfaction and performance reviews of the successful Tenderer The anticipated commencement date is 1.9.2018.
