Industrial boiler relocation

The contract is for relocation of two 350kw Weissman boilers from currently installed position to a new position to enable the construction of an extension to a poultry processing facility.

Works include

Decommissioning and removal of installation from current position

Re-routing of water and gas pipework to new position

Installation of boilers in new position using existing hardware where possible.

Installation of flues and combustion air ventilation in new boiler house

Installation of new hot water main, approx. 60m

Specification and installation of pumps to suit new installation

Recomissioning of control systems

Excavations to be carried out by Capestone

Telehandlers available for transport of equipment to new location

Works to be completed between Thursday and Sunday inclusive as boilers are required to be operational every Monday and Wednesday.
