Habinteg sought expressions of interest from suitably experienced and qualified suppliers to undertake works under 14 regional Lots as follows:
Lots 1-7: Repairs, Void and Planned/Cyclical Works;
Lots 8-14: Gas Works. Habinteg followed a 2-stage.
Restricted procurement procedure in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 to appoint suppliers to deliver works under a JCT MTC for a maximum term of 10 years subject to satisfactory performance. Prospective suppliers had to complete and return a selection questionnaire and the associated appendices. Full details of this opportunity and requirements plus the evaluation and selection criteria were in the selection questionnaire and tender documents.
