The WRA is seeking to engage with a suitable supplier for the provision of executive coaching services for WRA’s Executive Team (known internally as Tîm Arwain).

Based on their coaching relationship the successful bidder must be able to provide the Client with:

- A service that develops and nurtures leaders, specifically helping them to become adaptable; those who inspire, motivate, and guide others to produce tangible results; who mentor and challenge the workforce; and who demonstrate high standards of honesty, integrity, trust, openness, and respect;

- Clear professional development suggestions for the individuals mentored, either directly to the individual or indirectly to the Head of HR.

The contract will be subject to WRA standard contract terms for services which are non negotiable.

The contract will run for 12 months from the date of contract award, with an option to extend for a further period of up to 12 months subject to satisfactory performance. The estimated annual value of this contract is 14,000GBP excluding VAT per annum, total 28,000GBP excluding VAT.
