the repair work identified consists of a diverse range of work such as but not limited to: • Bettws Library - Remedial work to the outer skin brickwork • Bettws Library – Removal of Concrete panels overlooking the Shopping Centre and replacement with a façade of External Wall Insulation (EWI) – Planning Permission for this proposal has been granted by Newport Council.
