II.2.4) Disgrifiad o’r caffaeliad
Activity should be focussed on engaging disabled people and delivering a ‘place and train ‘methodology. That is, after barrier removal, focussing significant resources into finding suitable employment, job carving and in-work support.
Referrals onto the programme should include people with a learning disability, sensory disability, physical disability, autism, who are neurodiverse or who have complex mental health issues. As such, it is critical that the provider is able to demonstrate inclusivity across their operation. This should also include disabled people who are parents, and outreach to relevant parental interventions would be expected of a Supported Employment programme.
