Hywel Dda Health Board has awarded a contract for the provision of an IT Skills Licence Renewal to be utilised across the Digital Services department within the Health Board. This contract is essential for facilitating the training and development of digital staff to maintain accreditations and skill levels, particularly in the current climate where digital requirements are evolving on a consistent basis. The agreement ensures the Digital Services team can provide appropriate support and resolution actions for colleagues utilising the variety of digital systems installed within the Health Board. This renewal is essential for HDUHB as without staff could see a detrimental decline in their competence and therefore ability to provide support on the rapidly evolving systems and technologies employed by the Health Board.

The Eastern Shire Purchasing Organisation (ESPO) Managed Training Services framework agreement (Reference: 383-21) is compliant with UK/EU procurement legislation. This framework included several potential providers who had achieved inclusion on the framework following a qualification process.
