The purpose of the PIN is to signal an intention to commence market engagement with those within the property maintenance and

management market. Scotland Excel is to consider undertaking a tendering exercise to set up a new contracting agreement to service

Scottish Local Authorities and Wider Public Sector housing maintenance and management services requirements.

Scotland Excel intends to hold supplier PIN meetings on 14th, 16th, 21st and 23rd April on a first come first serve basis. Please contact construction@scotland-excel.org.uk to book your PIN meeting.

Scotland Excel envisages publishing a future tender opportunity on behalf of all 32 local authorities in Scotland, together with any Integration Authority, or other body, established pursuant to the Public Bodies (Joint Working)(Scotland) Act 2014.
