Crynodeb
Call off from the G Cloud 14 Framework (RM1557.14) for the continued provision of a cloud hosted Library Management System for the Welsh Government. The contract covers software licensing, hosting, maintenance and support of the Library Management System, enabling the management, preservation and discovery of library stock, publications, archives, digital collections and associated reporting. Under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (“PCR 2015”), contracting authorities are not required to issue contract award notices for call off contracts awarded using frameworks. However, the Welsh Government has voluntarily complied with WPPN 02/22 in relation to this award.
