Please note that this Call Off Contract has been procured and awarded in compliance with the procedures set out within the Southern Universities Purchasing Consortium (SUPC) Serials, Periodicals and Associated Services (Print and Digital) Framework, Reference LIB4054 SU. Under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (“PCR 2015”), a contracting authority is not required to issue a contract award notice for call off contracts awarded using framework agreements. However, the Welsh Government has undertaken to voluntarily comply with the transparency requirements set out in Welsh Procurement Policy Note (WPPN) 02/22 and is publishing this notice accordingly.
