The procurement comprises of the establishment of a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) to enable client officers to source relevant training requirements. Having established the DPS, this Contract Notice is the secondary notice and will remain open until 31st March 2028. In accordance with the Public Contract Regulations 2015, the purpose of this notice is to alert interested parties of the standing opportunity and to provide details of the application procedure.
Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council is administering this procurement opportunity electronically via the Etenderwales portal.
