YWS are seeking an expert and competent organisation who's required, but not limited to, providing the following services for all YWS facilities corporate sites:

— scope, design, tender, appoint sub-contractors and manage schemes of works to deliver the AMP7 Program,

— design works, product selection, specification, tender and manage works,

— appointment and management of subcontractors trained and compliant with the work required of them,

— support YWS with maintaining health and safety and statutory compliance across its corporate office estate,

— scope of the types of work include but not limited to asset repairs, asset replacements and new asset installations across the facilities corporate offices in association with but not limited to the following:

—— external structure, roofs, steelworks, rainwater goods, windows, walls, drainage, etc.,

—— external areas, grounds, footpaths, steps, ramps, roads, car parks, perimeter fences, gates, etc.,

—— internals, ceilings, walls, finishes, floors, joinery, sanitary ware, metal works, etc.,

—— supply services: mechanical — heating and pipework, ventilation & air conditioning, hot and cold water, etc.;

—— gas systems,

—— electrical systems,

—— lighting/emergency lighting,

—— fire detection and alarm systems,

—— passenger lifts,

—— catering facilities — redesign of existing facilities,

—— office refurbishments — office redesign.

Yorkshire Water Services Ltd (YWS) are seeking a frameworks suppliers to manage YWS facilities, rural buildings and housing maintenance estates to deliver their AMP7 Program. The appointed service partners are required to scope, design, meet compliance requirements, appoint subcontractors and manage schemes of works across a range of sites within the Yorkshire region for the next 5 years.

This contract notice is for 2 lots:

1) Facilities, Design and Build;

2) Rural Buildings and Housing Maintenance Management Services and we are seeking an expert competent organisations to manage parcels of work from concept to completion.

This framework is intended for a duration of 5 years with no further options to extend.

— manage and priorities works including but not limited to restoration, refurbishment, demolition and construction of new agricultural buildings,

— experience of working with, but not limited to traditional stone, agricultural and tenanted buildings,

— ensure YWS meet all Statutory Obligations of Landlords,

— ensure all work must be carried out in accordance with current legislation.
