  The scope of the new term maintenance contracts will include for servicing activities, asset collection and a repair service in relation to the following types of equipment.
  • door entry systems/access controls,
  • CCTV,
  • powered gates and barriers,
  • automatic doors.
  The approximate number of properties covered by each contract is as follows:
  Lot 1: 1 750 blocks,
  Lot 2: 1 450 blocks.
  The contracts may also include emergency, complete system replacements for the equipment concerned but it should be noted that a separate framework will be used for planned/capital works.
  In addition to the term maintenance contracts being procured under lots 1 and 2, there will be a separate procurement which is for reserve contractors for both lots 1 and 2.
