Cyfiawnhau unrhyw gyfnod o gytundeb fframwaith sy'n hwy na 8 blynedd: The Councils haven't got a maximum number of suppliers going onto this framework and should it still be working after the initial 3-year period, feel it would be beneficial to extend for a potential 2 further years.
