Cardiff University have conducted market testing, with these exercises suggesting there is a limited market for the requirement. In order to confirm this is the case, Cardiff University would like to further test the market by publishing this notice, and to invite suppliers to express their interest in fulfilling this requirement.

Please see below the list for Mass Flow Controllers (MFC) and Mass Flow Meters (MFM). They are all essential. Delivery time - by October 2023.

1. •Ammonia liquid MFC - 35 g/s. •P1 inlet pressure: up to 10 bara •P2 outlet pressure: High as possible

2. •Ammonia gaseous MFM - 2500 SLPM. •P1 inlet pressure: up to 8 bara •P2 outlet pressure: 1 bara

3. •Ammonia gaseous MFC - 500 SLPM. •P1 inlet pressure: up to 8 bara •P2 outlet pressure: up to 7 bara (controllable)

4. •Air gaseous MFC - 5000 SLPM. •P1 inlet pressure: up to 10 bara •P2 outlet pressure: 1 - 8 bara (controllable)

5. •Air gaseous MFM - 185 m/s. •P1 inlet pressure: up to 16 bara •P2 outlet pressure: 1 - 5 bara (controllable)

6. •H2 gaseous MFC - 1.5 g/s. •P1 inlet pressure: up to 8 bara •P2 outlet pressure: up to 7 bara (controllable)

7. •(24.9% N2, 75% H2, 0.1% NH3) gaseous MFC - 1.5 g/s. •P1 inlet pressure: up to 8 bara •P2 outlet pressure: up to 7 bara (controllable)

8. •(24.9% N2, 75% H2, 0.1% NH3) gaseous MFM - 6 g/s. •P1 inlet pressure: up to 8 bara •P2 outlet pressure: 1 bara

9. •C3H8 gaseous MFC - 400 SLPM. •P1 inlet pressure: up to 8 bara •P2 outlet pressure: up to 7 bara (controllable)

10. •Water MFC - 15 g/s. •P1 inlet pressure: up to 5 bara •P2 outlet pressure: 1 bara

11. Control system like flowbus/modbus to control all the above instruments from one computer.
