Crynodeb
The DBW Group must undertake credit bureau searches on customers as part of its customer due diligence. There is currently one contract covering credit bureau searches and a business and consumer credit decision platform configured to credit risk rules designed by DBW.
DBW is looking for a configurable off the shelf solution that covers both services set out above. Prior to running an open tender process, DBW wishes to engage the market to determine the services available and to consider whether there should be two separate platforms as currently provided or the possibility of both the credit bureau searches and the credit decisions being available under one platform.
