End of project evaluation of the Vibrant Vyrnwy Community Project

RSPB Cymru is looking to appoint a qualified and experienced consultant to carry out an end of project evaluation for our Vibrant Vyrnwy Community project. The evaluation will look at the impact of the project against the outcomes and objectives. Provide a wider comparative review of the project outcomes against similar size and type of Lottery funded community projects, to give the organisations a summary of successes and learnings. Produce a record of achievements and learnings that will inspire and inform the aspirations of future inclusive people and nature projects.

Outputs.

A report which summarises findings related to our requirements. This will be a visually appealing with key insights, graphics, charts, quotations and case studies etc. The report should be engaging, inspiring and accessible and celebrate successes while identifying learning.

Format: Digital (both word & PDF) with professionally printed hard copy (x100).

The report should reference the National Lottery Community Fund under which the Grant was awarded and link to their organisational objectives.

The report should be accessible to a range of audiences and must be bilingual.

The report should reflect the collaborative partnership between RSPB, Hafren Dyfrdwy and Llanwddyn Community Council.

Digital copies of or effective links to all source material and research conducted including images, diagrams, drawings etc.
