Fire Alarm Installation – Customs House, Milford Haven

This project is to install and addressable fire alarm system in Customs House, Milford Haven. Customs House is an old historic listed building with multiple tenants in it. Currently a separate fire alarm system exists for the museum and another system for the former Cleddau community church area but there are still areas without any cover. A fire risk assessment for the whole building identified the need for a building wide system and unfortunately the existing systems are not suitable for expanding. This project is to install, commission and service for 12 months, a new system, and remove and dispose of the old systems, making good all building works as detailed in the Fire Alarm Specification.
