Disgrifiad o'r nwyddau neu'r gwasanaethau sydd eu hangen

Conwy County Borough Council seek to provide Public Conveniences on the Historic Quay Side separate from its current location within the Civic Hall.

The need has arisen because the Civic Hall building has been earmarked for re-development in the near future.

The Architect is required to prepare new design options for Public Convenience on the historic Conwy Quay and undertake liaison with Conservation and Heritage bodies to secure all necessary consents.

Carry out design works in one continuous project phase.

Expect pauses in design preparation to enable negotiations and dialogue with Conservation and Heritage bodies, Building Contractors and also to obtain approvals of design options from the client team throughout the design phases of the project.
