Crynodeb
The University of South Wales is committed to improving student success, retention, and
engagement through the intelligent use of data. As part of this commitment, the University has
identified a need for a learning analytics platform that can provide meaningful insights into
student behaviour and performance, helping to identify those who may be at risk and enabling
timely, targeted interventions.
With a large and diverse student population, USW faces increasing pressure to support
students proactively and personalise the learning experience. A centralised analytics platform
will enable academic and support staff to monitor engagement trends, track attendance and
participation, and better understand the factors affecting student outcomes.
