Upgrade of existing plant room at Ysgol Dolwyddelan, Dolwyddelan, Conwy.

The works will consist of:

Stripping out of existing boilers/flue/services and removal;

Installation of new boilers, flues and associated pipework;

Reconnection of existing BMS system;

Flushing and dosing of heating system;

Thermal insulation of LPHW pipework;

Commissioning and testing of system;

Installation of insulation into agreed loft spaces;

Installation of flood barriers to external basement door and louvre section.

The contractor must be competent and possess all relevant certification, licences, qualifications or any other documents as necessary and should provide evidence of such. The contractor must be experienced in similar works and may be requested to provide references.
