Esboniad
The contract has been awarded through a direct award under the Procurement Hub Strategic Asset Management Services (SAMS) Framework Agreement, Lot 6 (Multi-Discipline).
Savills (UK) Limited is the sole supplier appointed to Lot 6 and the framework permits direct award in accordance with its call-off provisions. As only one supplier is appointed to the relevant framework lot, a further competition was not possible.

The Council considers the award to be compliant with the framework arrangements. Savills (UK) Limited has detailed knowledge of Lewisham's housing stock having previously undertaken related work for the Council, providing continuity of approach, reduced mobilisation requirements and value for money.
The contract is for the provision of an Asset Performance Evaluation of Lewisham's housing stock, including a two-year SHAPE licence, at a value of £67,000 excluding VAT.
