This is a PSR award being made due to urgent circumstances. This notice relates to the obesity pathway innovation programme.<br/><br/>The BRIDGE programme is establishing a whole-pathway model comprising a digital access and management platform , which handles patient identification, self-referral, triage and onward referral as well as hosting weight rebound reduction resources, and this Service, which is responsible for clinical assessment, behavioural and pharmacological weight management support, and discharge back to routine care.<br/><br/>The value of this award is £1,543,420.94 for a period of 12 months. The service is to be provided from 01/09/2026 - 31/08/2027.

This contract has been awarded under the urgent circumstances provision of the Provider Selection Regime (PSR). This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award.<br/><br/>This award is being under urgent circumstances due to urgent quality concerns which may pose potential risks.
