— electrical installation of new equipment including Instrumentation, building services, pumps and other motors and equipment as required (including mounting of small equipment, board mounted instrumentation and control panels),
— installation of electrical bonding conductors to exposed and extraneous conductive parts,
— installation of earth electrodes as required and earth resistivity measurement,
— installation of tagging, labelling and signage,
— testing and inspection of all new and modified circuits and issuing of Electrical Installation Certificate,
— purchasing of materials on request only,
— electrical Design on request only,
— preparation of all documentation associated with the required works, including but not limited to RAMs, testing documentation, as-built documentation as detailed within the WW standards.

Wessex Water Services Ltd incorporated a standstill period at the point information on the award of the contract was communicated to tenderers. That notification provided full information on the award decision. The standstill period, a minimum of 10 calendar days, provides time for unsuccessful tenderers to challenge the award decision before the contract is entered into.
The Utilities Contracts Regulations 2016 (SI 2016 No 274) provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by a breach of the rules to take action in the High Court (England) within 30 days of knowledge or constructive knowledge of beach.
