This is a contract award notice for the Framework Agreement for Insurance for Renfrewshire Council and Associated Bodies and Renfrewshire Valuation Joint Board.
1 - The estimated Framework Agreement value is up to a value of 10 Million GBP based on the value of the potential call off contracts to be made.
2 - Any contract awarded as a result of this tender exercise will be subject to Scots Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish Courts.
3 - The Council reserves the right to utilise Regulation 72 1 (a) of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015 - Modification of contracts during their term to modify the length of the framework agreement and call off contract term.
