This lot includes the creation of 3D models of communal areas, external topographic survey, building landscape, residential units or individual asset components.
Lot 2 - COBie asset data
This lot includes the production and population of a REVIT model to produce a COBie file export for upload into A2D’s asset management system in alignment with A2D naming convention for spaces and type. The COBie files will be updated to the REVIT models so that REVIT becomes the master source capable of exporting a correctly formatted COBie file.
Lot 3 - 3D Modelling and COBie
This lot is a combination of Lots 1 and 2, where a single supplier creates the REVIT model, produces the COBie files, compiles the relevant data and updates the REVIT model with all the asset data.

The buildings are the legacy estate and represent a retrospective production of data models.
The Consultant shall produce point cloud surveys (or similar technology) and 3D models, delivered as REVIT files with a 3D image viewer for existing buildings

REVIT models, enriched by the Consultant, with information supplied by A2Dominion produce a COBie export which can be loaded into A2Dominion’s asset management system.
The REVIT model / COBie export shall make use of an A2D standardised space and type naming schema so that there is consistency across suppliers and buildings. Zones within COBie will utilise a UPRN naming schema.
